    Founded by First Naoemon Miyoshi in Takehiro-mura,
    Fukayasu-gun, Hiroshima

    Reconstruction and manufacturing in Miyoshi-cho, Fukuyama City

    Sales exceeded 7,000 koku, making it the third largest seller in the prefecture and the largest seller in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture.

    Developed rose wine made from roses, the flower of Fukuyama City, and obtained a patent for the manufacturing process

    To commemorate the succession of the chairman to the name of 4th Naoemon Sankichi, a junmai ginjo sake "Naoemon" was released, combining Hiroshima rice, yeast, and the techniques of the chief brewers in Aki, and was well received.

    Obtains a license to sell imported shochu and launches Vietnamese shochu "Rua Moi". The company also obtains a license to produce shochu and makes a full-scale entry into the shochu business.
    Launched "Kuramoto densho amazake" (brewed with sake yeast) with the cooperation of ASEED CO., LTD

    In accordance with the corporate reorganization of the ASEED Group, the business rights of the manufacturing division of Kita Kanto Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company were transferred and the company entered the field of soft drink contract processing. At the same time, the company name was changed from "Miyoshi Sake Brewery Co. Ltd. and renamed the two plants " to "ASEED BREW CO., LTD" and renamed the two plants "Setouchi Sake Factory" and "Utsunomiya Beverage Factory".

    Merged with Maruyama Sake Brewing Joint-Stock Company (Fukuoka Prefecture) and renamed Kyushu Sake Factory.

    Merged with ASEED INFORMATION SYSTEMS CO.,LTD in accordance with the corporate reorganization of ASEED GROUP.

    Utsunomiya Beverage Factory obtains "License for Liqueur Production" and "License for Spirits Production"
    Released authentic barley shochu "Irohamaru".

    Authentic sweet potato shochu "Kuro Teio" is released

Creating a sustainable future through the installation of fundraising vending machines and other initiatives to provide a healthy lifestyle scene.

As part of our social contribution activities, we have installed fund-raising vending machines and donate a portion of sales to the Green Fund and other organizations. We are also actively developing health care products such as low-calorie, delicious rehydration drinks for the elderly and those who have difficulty swallowing.
